Feasibility Study - Adding value to renewable hydrogen from wastewater plants
The feasibility study conducted by the AHK Rio de Janeiro analyzes the technical possibilities for producing green hydrogen in wastewater treatment plants in the Brazilian state of Paraná. Additionally, it estimates the economic potential of the hydrogen produced and presents business models for successful marketing to wastewater treatment plant operators. This approach demonstrates pathways for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and advancing an economically viable energy transition in Brazil.
